A Bit About Me
From a young age, I lived in Cuba. Which, as you may know, is an Island in the central region of the Caribbean Sea. A few years later my dad took me to Slovenia where I lived for a short period of time to later go back to Cuba and end up in the U.S. This led me to experience the Caribbean/traveling life in a day-to-day basis and gather experience with travel by staying in many hotels and resorts
Traveling through the Caribbean made me realize how much I enjoyed traveling, and I realized that these stories combined with my experience with costumer service would let me work in an industry which I'm in love with and experienced in. Now, I'm able to share the enjoyment of traveling with many other people.

Here, I learnt of this carrier and begun studying with them to become a travel agent. With this I went through an In-Depth training into what an agent does, how he does it and the best ways to research and plan I client's dream vacation.
Within travel E-solutions I went through 30+ courses of specialization where I came to master Caribbean Travel, including Mexico and some parts of South America. Polished my skills helping family with their own traveling and vacations.
These podcasts are held by the BWJ agency and provide on-hand experience about the processes of customer service, research, arrangements a travel agent does.
